PRE-PURCHASE & PRE DA CONSULTATION
Due Diligence Reports
Working closely with our clients we are able to provide advice on the prospective land purchases, highlighting the likely infrastructure required, the likely timeframes for installation and provide budgetary advice as required. We are often engaged prior to council DA submission in order to ensure full consideration is provided for the required Electrical Network Infrastructure
ASP3 DESIGN
Large-scale development projects often require Electrical Infrastructure alteration in order to allow the development to proceed. In NSW this generally requires the services of a Level 3 Accredited Service Provider (ASP3), Electrical Infrastructure Designer.
The ASP3 Designer must be Accredited by The NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy The Environment and Water (DCCEEW). The ASP3 is then Authorised by each of the three Distribution Network Service Provides (Ausgrid, Endeavour and Essential Energy).
At PDEP, we provide ASP3 design for all Electrical infrastructure projects including Kiosk Substations, Industrial or Commercial Subdivision, Residential Subdivision, Overhead HV and LV extensions and relocations, Pole Mounted Substations, Subtransmisison and High Voltage Connections (HVC).
